Hillgrove is mindful that we operate in and around local landowners and communities and it is our greatest wish to see them benefit from our presence.   It is therefore our goal to support the local communities we operate within by utilising their services, buying products from local businesses and hiring locally wherever possible.

Due to our projects being located in highly populous areas and in alignment with our ‘Local Hire’ policy, Hillgrove does not offer relocation assistance, placements for overseas students or consider applicants who do not have the right to work in our project locations.
