Kanmantoo - Management Team

Cam Schubert General Manager - Kanmantoo Project
Cam joined Hillgrove in January 2010 and is in charge of the Kanmantoo Mine Project. He lives in the Adelaide Hills, and will lead the expansion of Hillgrove's team as the project's tempo increases and it moves into mining and production. He was the Mine Operations Development Manager for BHP Billiton's Olympic Dam Expansion Project from 2007 to 2009. A significant portion of his career was spent at Xstrata's Ernest Henry open-cut copper/gold mine in North Queensland, which produces approximately 115,000tpa of copper in concentrate, initially as a Geotechnical Engineer and leading to Site Senior Executive & General Manager, a position he held from 2004 to 2007. Previous to this he worked on several projects with MIM Holdings, including Mount Isa Mines, Tick Hill Gold Mine and Carpentaria Gold.

Richard Bradey Site & Geology Manager
Richard joined as Site Manager in April 2007 and is responsible for all activities at the Kanmantoo site and as Geology Manager for resource development, exploration activities and the transition through to mine production. Through 20 years mining experience, Richard is skilled in brownfields exploration, resource development, estimation and reporting, mine production geology, grade control and reconciliation. Richard previously held roles at operations including: MIM (Mount Isa, NW Queensland - underground silver/lead/zinc and copper); Carpentaria Gold (Tick Hill, NW Queensland - gold); Denehurst Limited (Benambra, Victoria - underground copper and zinc/lead), Normandy Metals (Woodcutters, Northern Territory - underground zinc/lead); Hill 50 Gold (Mount Magnet, Western Australia - gold); Western Metals/Aditya Birla (Mount Gordon, NW Queensland - copper) and Xstrata Zinc (George Fisher, NW Queensland - underground zinc/lead).

Catherine Davis Environmental Manager
Catherine started at Hillgrove in June 2008 having arrived from the Victorian coal fields and power generation and prior to that hard rock mining in NSW, TAS and WA. Previous projects include Goldfields Henty Gold Mine where the headframe is inside the mountain (underground) to preserve the World Heritage status of the National Park. Peak Gold Mines, with Rio Tinto, which saw the development of both greenfield and brownfield sites, and was at TRUenergy, part of CLP. There a diversion of the Morwell River was completed through the centre of a coal pit where it originally flowed 100 years ago premining and was one of the largest earthmoving exercises undertaken in Victoria at a cost of over $120 million. Catherine's experience extends from permitting and approval stages (including consultation with stakeholders) through to the development of environmental management systems and mine closure/rehabilitation.

Andrew Reeves Engineering Manager
Andrew is a mechanical engineer with extensive mining and heavy industry experience in Australia and overseas who has been working for Hillgrove Resources as Project Engineer since January 2007. He is involved in all engineering aspects for the development of the Kanmantoo Project from incoming power through to concentrate shipping. He has 26 years experience in the development and operation of mining projects. Previous postings include BHP Iron Ore (Western Australia - open cast), RGC Mount Lyell (Tasmania - underground copper/gold), Iluka (Western Australia and Indonesia - alluvial mining and processing, mineral sands and tin), AGRC (Armenia - open cast gold), BHP Olympic Dam (South Australia - underground copper/gold/uranium) and Oxiana Prominent Hill (South Australia - open cast copper/gold).

David Schmitz Mining Manager
Dave is a mining engineer with 22 years experience in both open pit and underground mining in Australia and Africa. Dave joined Hillgrove Resources in April 2008 and is responsible for the mining aspects of the Kanmantoo Project including mining contracts and the tailings storage facility construction. Previous roles include start-up of Oxiana, Prominent Hill (South Australia - open pit copper/gold), Afrika Mashariki Gold Mines/Placer Dome, North Mara (East Africa - open pit gold) and WMC, Olympic Dam (South Australia - underground copper/gold/uranium).
