Russell Middleton	Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
	Russell joined Hillgrove Resources in February 2008 and brings almost 20 years’ experience in the industry, with senior management positions in accounting, commercial and planning roles and significant experience with mine project evaluations and construction of new mines. Russell started his career as a public accountant before joining BHP, where he undertook various roles, then joined Shell as Commercial Manager for the construction, development and production of a major underground mine. More recently Russell has been Chief Financial Officer for contracting and services companies in the mining sector. Russell is also a Director and Company Secretary of InterMet Resources Limited.

Cam Schubert	General Manager - Kanmantoo Project
	Cam joined Hillgrove in January 2010 and is in charge of the Kanmantoo Mine Project. He brings all the right qualifications to the Project and will lead the expansion of Hillgrove's team as the tempo increases and the Project moves from construction into mining and production. He was the Mine Operations Development Manager for BHP Billiton's Olympic Dam Expansion Project from 2007 to 2009. A significant portion of his career was spent at Xstrata's Ernest Henry open-cut copper/gold mine in North Queensland, which produces approximately 115,000tpa of copper in concentrate, initially as a Geotechnical Engineer and leading to Site Senior Executive & General Manager, a position he held from 2004 to 2007. Previous to this he worked on several projects with MIM Holdings, including Mount Isa Mines, Tick Hill Gold Mine and Carpentaria Gold.

Geoffrey Stewart	General Manager - Business Development
	Prior to joining Hillgrove in June 2007 Geoff was an integral member of the Pricewaterhouse Coopers Corporate Advisory team for over a decade. He was responsible for designing and presenting strategic initiatives using his lateral skills and market knowledge to identify, catalyse and initiate new transaction scenarios. Geoff has a strong entrepreneurial and marketing background identifying and processing new business matching and project development opportunities. He has developed an extensive network of contacts cultivated through 30 years of trusted interaction and cooperation.

Dianne Jones	Human Resources Manager
	Dianne joins the Hillgrove team in May to oversee human resources and safety for the group. She has excellent South Australian mining project experience, particularly in construction and start up operations. Di was most recently the Project HR Manager at the Jacinth-Ambrosia Project for Iluka Resources Ltd, the world's largest single source of Zircon with an expected mine life of 10+ years and a $420 million Construction Project. Prior to this contract she was the HR Manager for Project Magnet with Thiess Pty Ltd: a $350 million EPC contract for OneSteel Ltd. Di has also most recently worked for BHP Billiton on Stainless Steel Materials in the Nickel West division, as a Senior HR Consultant for Transport SA (Rural & Metro Operations), Senior Industrial Relations Consultant for the Department of Human Services (Workforce Relations) and a Project/Housing Manager for the South Australian Housing Trust.
